PICKL'D, 34697998940 ("we", "us", "our") is an Australian family-owned business selling handmade pickles online at pickldau.com.au and through selected stockists. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. What we collect

We may collect: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you place an order or apply to become a stockist; business details you provide in a stockist application; your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter; records of your correspondence with us; and technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected via cookies and analytics tools when you use our website.
Payment card details are collected and processed securely by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

3. Why we collect it

We collect and use your personal information to: process and deliver your orders; respond to enquiries sent to pickldbykop@gmail.com; assess and manage stockist applications; send you marketing communications you have opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email); improve our website, products and service; and comply with our legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We may share your personal information with trusted third parties only as needed to run our business, including: delivery and shipping providers (to fulfil your order); payment processors; our website, hosting and email service providers; and marketing platforms that send our newsletter. We do not sell your personal information.
