1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by King of Pickles & Spices, 83 625 945 913, of 114 Ware Street, Fairfield NSW 2164. By using the website you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Our products and store

King of Pickles & Spices products are sold in store at 114 Ware Street, Fairfield NSW 2164 (Mon–Sat 8:00am–5:30pm, Sun 8:00am–3:00pm) and through independent stockists. This website does not sell products online; product information, images and prices shown are for general information only and may change without notice. Our products are handcrafted, and natural variations in shape, colour and texture are normal.

3. Allergens and product information

Ingredient and allergen information is displayed on product labels in store. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please check the label or ask our team before purchasing. Website descriptions are general in nature and are not a substitute for the information on the label.

4. In-store purchases

Purchases made in store come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. As our products are perishable food items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If a product is faulty, spoiled, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, return it to the store with proof of purchase (or contact us) and we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with the ACL and applicable food safety guidelines.

5. Wholesale and stockists

Wholesale supply is subject to separate arrangements agreed with each stockist. Submitting a stockist application or holding a wholesale login does not of itself create a supply agreement. Wholesale account credentials are for the account holder's use only; please keep them secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.

6. Stockist listings

Stockists shown in our Find a Stockist tool are independent businesses. While we keep the list as current as we reasonably can, we do not guarantee product availability at any stockist — please contact the stockist directly to confirm.

7. Careers

Job applications submitted through the website are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or employment.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the King of Pickles & Spices name, logo, images and copy — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Website use and liability

You must not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the ACL, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. General
