King of Pickles & Spices , 83 625 945 913 ("we", "us", "our") is a family-owned retail food business located at 114 Ware Street, Fairfield NSW 2164, selling handcrafted pickles, olives, spices and gourmet foods in store and supplying wholesale stockists across Australia. We are committed to handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. What we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: your name, email address and phone number when you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter; business details you provide in a stockist or wholesale application, including information used to set up and operate a wholesale account (such as login credentials, order history and trading details); information you provide when applying for a job with us, such as your resume, work history and referee details; records of your correspondence with us; and technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected via cookies and analytics when you use our website. Our store premises may also use CCTV for security purposes.

3. Why we collect it

We collect and use personal information to: respond to enquiries; operate wholesale accounts and supply our stockists; process and manage stockist applications; assess job applications; send marketing communications you have opted into (unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email); maintain the security of our store; improve our website and services; and comply with our legal obligations.

We may share personal information with trusted third parties only as needed to run our business, including our website, hosting and email providers, marketing platforms, and professional advisers. We do not sell your personal information. Where a service provider stores data outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs.
