What's in the jar

Green apple, water, maple syrup, vinegar, chilli and sea salt. That's it. No nasties, no seed oils, nothing you can't pronounce.

The flavour file

Sweet up front, a slow warmth underneath, and a snap that sounds illegal. Maple does the charming, chilli does the lingering.
